Service Description
The first step to receiving your own Personalised Training Program (with Video Links) is booking your Online Private Class (included in this package). In our session together we will work through a warm up and drills related to your current goal. During this session you'll be able to ask questions and receive feedback. Then I build your program based on our session, your level, needs and goals. You will then receive your Personalised Program via email within 10-21 days following our session.
Cancellation Policy
1. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I understand that in all Bend with Jess classes I will progress at my own pace. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the instructor. If at any point I feel overexertion or fatigue, I will respect my body’s limitations and I will rest before continuing with class. 2. I (a) irrevocably WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury of any kind which hereafter may occur to me, including my Bend With Jess instructor; Jessica Frances Köhler, and (b) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph as to any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the Bend With Jess classes, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise. My signature further acknowledges that I shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against Jessica Frances Köhler and Bend With Jess; and that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors and my assigns. My payment verifies that I am physically fit to participate in Bend With Jess classes and a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition for participation in this type of class. 3. I understand that there is a strict, no-refund and no-makeup class policy for all package and class purchases. Videos will be available for 1 week after they are published. If you are interested in viewing the class recording from your private training after 1 week has passed, please inquire about purchasing / accessing a download. 4. By participating in the virtual classes, you agree to be recorded for the purpose of video sales of the class, future offerings of class, and public promotion of all classes for Bend With Jess and Jessica Frances Köhler. 5. There is a strict no-record policy for all Bend With Jess classes. Paying students are not to share classes with others via any form of replication or method: whether live, screen captured, downloaded, recorded with another device or any other method not listed here. 6. Bend With Jess and Jessica Frances Köhler reserve the right to cancel and reschedule class as well as bring in a substitute instructor class when necessary.
